    Gen Re will assume the cost of the seminar, all group meals during the event and, for anyone interested, a group activity on Tuesday afternoon. We respectfully ask that you assume the cost of your guestroom and transportation as well as any other incidentals that you incur throughout the seminar.

    Gen Re will book your room for you under our group room block. The special hotel room rate is $289.00 per night, plus applicable occupancy taxes and fees.

    If you are flying into Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, you may use Uber or Lyft to get to the hotel – the transfer takes about a 14-20 minutes. Taxis are also available.

    The Driskill, Austin, Texas
    On Monday, March 4, our Registration Desk (located on the Mezzanine) will open at 11:30 a.m. 

    A lunch will be held at 12:00 p.m. on the Mezzanine Level before our event begins at 1:15 p.m. in the Driskill Ballroom, also located on the Mezzanine Level.

    On Tuesday morning, breakfast will be available beginning at 8:00 a.m. on the Mezzanine Level, followed by the business session at 9:00 a.m. in the Driskill Ballroom. The meeting will officially conclude on Wednesday with an optional breakfast that you may sign up for on the registration form.

    On Tuesday afternoon, we will participate in a group activity at the Lone Star Ranch. Jeans or khakis and comfortable shoes are recommended.

    Archery Safari & Tomahawk Experience

    This fun activity gives guests the opportunity to learn how to shoot a bow or practice their archery skills. It is sure to entertain participants with mastering the challenges of aiming, shooting & throwing primal objects into fun & dynamic targets.

    Horse Whispering

    This thrilling, yet down-to-earth experience is dedicated to connecting with horses to build trust through movement and ground work. Guests will learn strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills as they learn to gain the trust of their equine partner. Guests walk away from class with strong sense of emotional intelligence and deeper animal connection. 

    Cowboy Action Shooting

    An action packed shooting station that allows guests to shoot Vintage Cowboy Revolvers at a series of shooting stations that embrace the Texas Wild West. The firearms are modified to shoot pellets and are a safer alternative. Try your best in timed shooting contests, aim and precision contests, and winners get a bragging rights and a prize!

    Cowboy College-Roping Experience

    Guests will learn how to rope just like the real Rodeo Cowboys! Instructors will teach guests how to rope a steer using roping dummies.
