Brenden Adams
Brenden Adams has been dedicated to his career as a forensic engineer for over twelve years. Brenden has investigated numerous domestic and international properties to provide insight regarding failures stemming from manmade and natural causation involving a diverse array of building systems, components, and materials. His expertise has been trusted for evaluating major catastrophic events, historic buildings, high-rise construction, and numerous other complex assessments across the commercial, multi-residential, and industrial building sectors.
Brenden has provided reporting for cause and origin determination, extent of damage, repair or retrofit analyzation, building system performance assessments, and additional technical evaluations as part of insurance claims, litigation, and real estate enterprise. Brenden is active in academic and professional organizations.

Tim Fletcher
Tim is Gen Re’s VP, Senior Emerging Issues Specialist. He leads the company’s Emerging Issues unit, drawing from years of experience and a wide range of responsibilities to identify emerging risks and exposures to Gen Re clients and internal colleagues. He is a frequent contributor to Gen Re's blog and edits the UM/UIM Liability Laws Survey publication. Tim is a graduate of the University of Minnesota (Bachelor of Arts, Journalism) and the Mitchell Hamline School of Law (Juris Doctor). Tim is a past-president of the Atlanta Chapter of CPCU. He currently serves on CPCU’s RE&S (Reinsurance, Excess & Surplus) Interest Group and as Chapter Governor for the Upper South Region. He is a founding board member of the Atlanta Insurance Coalition for Change, and a guest lecturer on Risk Management and Insurance at Georgia State University as well as many industry organizations. A native of Staten Island, New York, Bob Tyson is the strategic managing partner of the 200+ attorney national trial law firm, Tyson & Mendes, author of the #1 best-selling book, Nuclear Verdicts®: Defending Justice for All, and founder of the pioneering insurtech company, Schaefer City Technologies. Mr. Tyson has spent more than 30 years handling products liability, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and high exposure jury trials. He is especially known for his groundbreaking work on Howell v. Hamilton Meats, the multibillion-dollar case he argued and won before the California Supreme Court. The victory in Howell earned Mr. Tyson the prestigious California Lawyer of the Year (CLAY) award from the California Bar Magazine, among many other honors. Mr. Tyson went to Villanova University.

Glenn is Senior VP, Head of North America Property/Casualty Claims. He joined Gen Re in 2020 bringing with him extensive experience in the insurance and reinsurance space. He previously worked at CNA where he led Complex Commercial Claims, including Environmental & Mass Tort, Construction Defect, Life Sciences and Opioid exposures. Prior to that, he was in leadership roles at The Hartford’s insurance and reinsurance units. David Miceli
David Miceli began litigation career thirty-three years ago litigating medical malpractice and other complex cases. For the past twenty-three years, he has devoted himself to litigating Mass Tort and Class Action matters, primarily representing persons injured by pharmaceutical, medical device products, and environmental cases. Mr. Miceli has helped recover billions of dollars on behalf of thousands of consumers injured by drugs, devices, dietary supplements, and toxic water and soil.
Currently, Mr. Miceli serves on the Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee for the Taxotere multidistrict litigation, and is helping lead the science and expert team litigating on behalf of Marines that have various cancers, Parkinson’s Disease, among other ailments related to the tainted water at Camp Lejeune. His experience includes leadership positions in various litigations and multidistrict litigations including Vioxx, Bextra, Celebrex, PPA, Ephedra, Baycol, Trasylol, Rezulin, Reglan, and Chantix.

Suzanne L. Davis, Ph.D.
Suzanne L. Davis is a Social Psychologist with nearly three decades of experience in jury psychology and sixteen years of experience in providing strategic advice and creative solutions to legal teams and corporations facing high-stakes civil litigation.
Suzanne is an expert in designing and conducting all phases of pre-trial jury research, including mock trials and focus groups, and in translating research results into practical trial strategies. She has helped clients transform witnesses into persuasive communicators, and she is particularly adept at monitoring trials and providing actionable strategies on the spot. Additionally, she has interviewed hundreds of jurors after trial, identifying how they processed case evidence and reached their verdicts.
Suzanne has experience in a variety of cases, including insurance coverage/bad faith, pharmaceutical, intellectual property, professional malpractice, antitrust, contract disputes, employment, toxic tort, securities, medical malpractice and product liability matters. She has worked across the country in multiple venues, including Alabama, California, Georgia, Illinois, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, and Texas.
Suzanne has written numerous articles and book chapters on psychology and law issues, including a chapter on preparing witnesses for deposition in The Deposition Manual published by The Defense Research Institute. She has spoken at law firms, as well as at national and regional conferences attended by trial counsel and risk managers.
In her past life, Suzanne was an Assistant Professor of Psychology at the University of Northern Iowa and has also taught as an online instructor for the University of Phoenix. Suzanne enjoys writing in her spare time and had authored one novel.

Lloyd Gura is a partner and member of the firm's Executive Committee and DEI Committee. Bill is Chairman and CEO of NEAM, Inc. and a member of the Firm’s Policy Committee. He joined the Firm as Vice President in 2000, was made President in 2010 and became CEO in 2014. Prior to joining the Firm, Bill was a Senior Vice President of the Portfolio Management Group at Conning Asset Management and previously held various positions within the Investment Group and Asset Management Division at Travelers Insurance Company. Bill is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the Hartford Society of Financial Analysts. A graduate of Georgetown University, Bill also holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Ashley P. Fetyko
Ashley Fetyko is Senior Counsel and Director of Client Relations and Education for Tyson & Mendes. After serving as a lead prosecutor for almost a decade, Ms. Fetyko is passionate about using her trial experience to ensure the firm’s attorneys are the best trial lawyers they can be. She has first-chaired more than 80 jury trials, developed trial advocacy training programs, and served as faculty for trial advocacy programs across the country. She serves as faculty for the Nuclear Verdicts® Defense Institute and speaks across the country to carriers, clients, and defense counsel alike on the Nuclear Verdicts® Defense methods, and serves as trial counsel.
Ms. Fetyko has received many honors for her trial work, including the Champion of Children Award in recognition of her work securing convictions and life sentences against perpetrators of the most serious offenses against children. She earned her undergraduate degree in writing and political communication from Emerson College and her J.D. from Southwestern Law school. She is a proud Denver native.

Dan is a Certified Consulting Meteorologist with over 10 years of experience in military, aviation, and severe weather operations.
